LIN Consulting provided full civil engineering services for the development of this parcel of land, including grading and drainage, hydrology, WQMP, street improvement plans, and wet utilities. Street improvement tasks included preparation and coordination of plans under the LACDPW, standards, sidewalks, driveways, street overlay and utility connections. Utility coordination efforts were provided for telephone, cable, sewer, water and SCE.
