The Hilton Hotel in Arcadia combines the adaptive reuse of an existing three‑story structure with the construction of a new six‑story tower. Located at 123 W. Huntington Drive, directly across from the historic Santa Anita Racetrack, the project delivers a contemporary 173‑room hotel designed to serve both business and leisure travelers. The development includes upgraded guest accommodations, a restaurant and bar, meeting and event spaces, and a rooftop venue offering views of the racetrack and surrounding foothills.
LIN Consulting, Inc. provided the grading and draining plans including hydrology recalculation, Low Impact Development (LID) redesign, onsite storm drain redesign, offsite storm drain connection, sewer redesign, and underground utility routing. The team also coordinated closely with project architects and civil reviewers to ensure all design elements met current regulatory standards and integrated seamlessly with the overall site layout.
