LIN Consulting provided traffic engineering services for the City of La Mesa’s Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program at various locations, including Howell Drive, Stanford Avenue and Guava Avenue.  The services included coordinating with local residents for traffic calming solutions, preparing conceptual drawings of traffic calming solutions and working with City staff to present information to the local residents.  The projects required regular communication with City staff and local residents, as well as an understanding of the City’s process for similar tasks.
