LCI is a certified small business enterprise (SBE), underutilized disadvantaged business enterprise (UDBE), minority business enterprise (MBE), community business enterprise (CBE), and micro-business enterprise (SB-Micro), as listed by the State of California and various other agencies in the State. LCI was founded on the principle of providing high-quality professional services, on time and within budget. Having participated in numerous projects of various types and scales, our accomplished team has amassed a considerable amount of traffic, civil, and electrical engineering experience working with counties, cities, and the State, as well as with private owners and developers. The staff is divided between the corporate headquarters in Diamond Bar and branch offices in Orange County and San Diego.
